Política de privacidad
Última actualización: 30 de septiembre de 2026.
Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 September 2026.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is the owner of Blade Passport ("we"). For any question about your data, write to the contact address shown on the home page.
2. What data we process and why
- Account: email address, and name if you sign in with Apple or Google. Purpose: identifying you and giving you access. Legal basis: performance of the contract you accept when creating the account.
- Professional passport: the data you enter (experience, techniques, countries, availability, expected rate) and the certificates you declare or upload. Purpose: keeping your passport and showing on your public page only what you mark as public. Legal basis: performance of the contract; for the public page, your field-by-field choice, which you can revoke at any time.
- Offers you analyse: the text or image of the offer and the resulting summary. Purpose: giving you the analysis and keeping it in your account. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Rates you contribute: amount, country, role, manufacturer and conditions. Purpose: computing anonymous aggregates (median and range) that are only shown when several technicians and several distinct companies fall in the same cell; individual contributions are never shown. Legal basis: your consent when contributing.
- Questions to the assistant: the text of the question. Purpose: answering from the knowledge base and noting unanswered questions to write new entries. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Technical logs: date, time and technical details of requests. Purpose: security and operation of the service. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
We do not process health data: medical certificates are not part of the passport.
3. Signing in with Apple or Google
If you sign in with Apple or Google, the provider gives us your verified email and, if you allow it, your name. We never receive your password or any other data from that account. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", your account is tied to the relay address Apple generates.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or transfer your data. It is processed on our behalf, as processors, by the infrastructure providers that run the service, hosted in the European Union (Amazon Web Services, Ireland region): identity and access, database, file storage, web delivery and the language model that reads offers and answers in the assistant. Your public page is visible to anyone with the link or QR code, showing only the fields you marked as public.
5. How long we keep data
For as long as you keep your account. If you close it, we delete your passport, certificates, offers and rate contributions; technical logs are kept for at most twelve months. Aggregates already computed cannot identify you.
6. Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, request portability and withdraw any consent you gave, by writing to the contact address. If you believe we have not honoured your rights, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
7. Security
Communications are encrypted, files are stored encrypted at rest and access to data is limited to what each function needs. You control which fields of your passport are public and can change it at any time.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
